Double Deal Bottom Line- Gene made this the easiest fastest and most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had- In fact, his upfront, no nonsense, zero pr Bottom Line- Gene made this the easiest fastest and most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had- In fact, his upfront, no nonsense, zero pressure attitude led us to buy TWO cars at the same time! We Traded in a 2015 GMC in excellent condition and they were extremely reasonable with their offer and right on the high end of KBB. Their bottom line pricing on two new cars was great and came in as "Exceptional" on Truecar and other websites. Gene made sure to capture all the rebates available to make sure we were taken care of and got the best price possible with no need to haggle. From the start Gene was down to earth and completely transparent, no sneaky sales tactics, no today only, and no harassing phone-calls or emails like other dealerships we have visited. I walked in with my guard up and walked out extremely pleased with two new cars and a great experience! 2016.5 CX-5 I traded in my 2015 CX-5 for the 2016.5 CX-5 because I happened to see a new one as I was waiting for an oil change. Paul saw that my husband and I we I traded in my 2015 CX-5 for the 2016.5 CX-5 because I happened to see a new one as I was waiting for an oil change. Paul saw that my husband and I were there (my husband was looking at a Miata he plans to buy in the spring. Paul and I were talking about the new vehicle and I happened to just decide to do a trade in for the new model with the same bells and whistles as my 2015. When I noticed that there were a couple things missing from my new car that were on my old car, I notified Paul and he is working to make sure the new car has those items installed. Paul has always made our family feel welcome at Mazda and we will always buy from him. More
