Northtown Mazda went above and beyond with the recent inspection and repair of my '15 Mazda 6. I had a bad fuel sending unit, and due to corrosion seizing the bolts on to the tank, I was in need of a new fuel tank if the bolts weren't able to be removed. But thanks to Jess, and the lead tech who worked tireless on the car, they managed to get the screws off of the tank without making an all new fuel tank necessary. That cut the potential bill for that service in half, and made what could have been a very costly repair into a small bump on the final bill. The sending unit was one of the other issues that my car had when I took it in for inspection. The brakes needed to be replaced and during the inspection, they discovered that my rear endlinks needed to be replaced. For the entire process, Jessica treated me with the upmost respect, and remained patient, even when I balked at the thought of having to replace the fuel tank. She explained the situation with the tank, and kept me informed about my car during every phase of it's time at the dealers service center. I am completely satisfied with the repairs, my car has never felt better, but I am thoroughly impressed with the care, compassion and respect that everyone at Northtown have shown me, and I am grateful that Jessica and the technicians went above and beyond with the repair. That commitment was unexpected. I want to thank the team at Northtown for all that they have done, and especially thank Jess for caring and remaining committed to getting the best results for everyone. I will recommend Northtown Mazda to my family and friends. Absolutely stellar service! More
My daughter took her car here for an inspection, and walked away with a bill over $600. They claimed her brakes were so bad it wouldn't pass inspection, which is patently untrue. She hardly ever drives her car - it's a 2018 with only 18,000 miles on it - and the brake pads were replaced just one year ago. Naturally, they replaced the rotors as well, which certainly did NOT need to be done. They claimed it wouldn't pass inspection unless it were done then and there, pressuring her into making a decision immediately. They saw a young girl with absolutely no experience in getting her car serviced, and decided to fleece her. I will never, ever take a car to this dealership again, and when it comes time to buy another car, it will not be from Northtown. More

Not only did Northtown give me the best deal price-wise among all the loca I decided I wanted to lease a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, fully loaded. Not only did Northtown give me the best deal price-wise among all the local Mazda dealerships; they also treated me the best from my first step inside the door. Polite, professional, helpful, and no wasted time. I do have to emphasize that my pleasant experience was largely due to the salesman, Michael "Mick" Bellus. So, be sure to request him or call and make an appointment with him. Why? He genuinely listens and will secure you the best deal. I am a senior citizen and appreciated this young man; a true scholar and gentleman! Best part, Mick has been there for me anytime I've stopped in subsequent to the purchase, to give this techical immigrant some review lessons on how to maximize all the technology in the car! Mick is just as present and friendly after buying the car as he was before the purchase. That speaks volumes. I love the car and all the technology and just can't rave about Mick enough...Mick may not have made the CX-5 but he surely made my experience extremely fair and pleasant! More
