I made an appointment, arrived early, and was told that the “advisor” wasn’t there today (as if they don’t know their own employees schedules), so I would be treated as a walk in, and that they would get t the “advisor” wasn’t there today (as if they don’t know their own employees schedules), so I would be treated as a walk in, and that they would get to me when they get to me. The check in person was all too smug about it. When I finally was able to check in, it turned out they had my email address wrong, even though I gave it to them 3 times when making the appointment to ensure it was correct (not a difficult address, just not my entire name). After I was sent to the waiting area, with not enough room for the 75 other customers waiting, I was sent a text stating that I could, “ [T]ext me anytime at this number during your service visit.”, only to have my inquiries as to the status of my vehicle go unanswered for the 3 hours I waited. Then I went to pay, and had to wait another 25 minutes for them to take my money while they explained an issue to another customer (by explain I mean they just repeated the same thing 15 times). All in all, I would not recommend this organization. Maybe, as a customer, I expect actual customer service. More
