Service to Sales I went in for an oil change and prior to visit the service department I had looked for any specials online. I noticed the Great rebates being offered I went in for an oil change and prior to visit the service department I had looked for any specials online. I noticed the Great rebates being offered on the RAV4 currently. Justin Pilcher helped me look at a XLE model, I currently owned a LE model. I came home with a XLE. The experience was great!
