We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Worst service ever I bought a vehicle it broke the same night had it towed then it broke 4 more times I am absolutely done with them I just want my money back, and yet they supposedly fixed again and want night had it towed then it broke 4 more times I am absolutely done with them I just want my money back, and yet they supposedly fixed again and want me back in that lemon of a vehicle I have ran out of patience I will seek legal action next. When I contacted the dealer online, they said the price was $2000 more than what was indicated on cars.com. I had to go in to hold them to the price published online. Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back. More

He was not upset when I disagreed with the dealer offer for my trade-in. In fact, he inquired as to my research derived asking price and ultimately accepted my requirement (after speaking with the manager). They also worked with me on the price as I also disagreed with their valuation. This will change in every instance but I ended up getting 4K more on my trade-in and 2K off the asking price. More

terrible customer service. dealt with Jeremy Rico sales rep trying to purchase a 2014 toyota camry se on7/26/2023. i was very interested in the car which had just come into thei dealt with Jeremy Rico sales rep trying to purchase a 2014 toyota camry se on7/26/2023. i was very interested in the car which had just come into their lot that day hadn't had the internal inpection yet. I told Jeremy I would be there today 7/27 with my mechanic and buy it if all checks out. he said ok it hadn't even gone through their inspection yet and wasn't on the lot. Called this am to let him know we were on our way and he said the car was sold! I was stunned! I communicated with the guy all day yesterday with 7 texts and many phone calls. The guy was awful about it and tried to pawn it off on someone else and stated he didn't sell it. He said what did i want him to do about it? he said this is how we do things here. He didn't say sorry even though i had asked him to contact me before anyone else expressed interest. What a joke. More
