After searching for a new Toyota Tundra in the area I live in ( Beaumont, Texas ) for a few weeks, and dealing with multiple salespeople, I was referred by a co-worker, to Blaine Waddell. I knew exactly live in ( Beaumont, Texas ) for a few weeks, and dealing with multiple salespeople, I was referred by a co-worker, to Blaine Waddell. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and had a pretty decent understanding of the Tundras and the model I was looking for. I called Blaine, and explained to him what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, he had several options in inventory that matched my needs. He was very thorough in going over options, and making sure I understood all of the features, and actually caused me to realize that there were a few things I was not aware of with this model, including some options that I needed that I was not aware of. Blaine and I narrowed down the options to the vehicle that would fit my needs. After dealing with Blaine on several phone calls, I decided that although I would have to drive 4 and a half hours to the dealership, that the interest he took in making sure I was happy with the purchase, and his attention to detail and personal level of service, meant that he would always be around after the sale. That's well worth a drive! I will be returning to North Park for my wife's next vehicle purchase, and Blaine is currently looking for a vehicle for my son, which I will have delivered in a couple of weeks. This has been a great experience for me, and I love my new truck. I will continue to do business with Blaine, and send him as much business as possible. My 2007 Tundra broke down while leaving work. The first thing I did was pull into a parking lot and called J.R. Meija for assistance. I dealt with J.R. before when I had my TRD supercharger installed and he was very professional the first time so I was pretty confident he would know how to help me out. I won't go into much detail about the problem itself but calling him was the best decision I made at the time. He went above and beyond my expectations by sending a mechanic by the name of Pio to the parking lot I was at (I was not very far from the dealer). Pio was able to fix the problem temporarily and had me follow him back to the dealership. J.R. put me into a rental car and told me he would call when the problem was fixed. This situation could have been a lot more stressful than it was for me but J.R. was awesome and prevented that from happening. More
