We flew to Bangor to pick up the car. Everything was as Joel had promised. This was our first time buying outside Canada, so we were a little nervous. However, Joel addressed all our questions and concerns in a very professional and courteous manner. We were so pleased with the service we received from Joel and North Park Toyota. I bought a new (2009) Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD from Northpark Toyota. Frank Pace was absolutely the best sales rep I have ever experienced. The price was the best in San Antonio by far. The Service Department there is fantastic. The entire dealership is absolutely superb and rivals any luxury dealership I've ever been to. We have always bought GM /Buick cars before last summer.Went to NP and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank Pace,who sold us our first Toyota Highlander within a few hours.We had been debating Toy summer.Went to NP and had the pleasure of dealing with Frank Pace,who sold us our first Toyota Highlander within a few hours.We had been debating Toyota or Honda for our next vehicle but we have always been impressed by the dealership when we pass it on the highway and decided to start there first.Frank made sure we were comfortable and then brought one up to show us, explained features in the car,let us test drive it,and guided us through all the steps we needed to purchase the vehicle.During waiting times, we were taken to the snack room and had popcorn,water and free diet coke!Amazing! What service-Everyone there is very courteous!But Frank is outstanding as a salesperson.We have returned during the year for maintanence and it is handled in a very efficient manner.They even give the car back washed! Well we have been so happy with North Park Toyota and Frank Pace, that on July 2, 2010 we went back to the dealership and bought our second vehicle, a 2011 Avalon loaded with all the equipment I had requested.Again Frank found what we had asked for,truly sold us on the fantastic features this car has on it and comfort,wow.Again, He made sure everything was done correctly and properly and made sure we got top notch service from everyone-What I really love about Frank is that he really takes care of his customers needs.You can call him and he will get the ball rolling to fix whatever problem has happened.Would not deal with anyone else!That is $76,000.00 worth of vehicles in a year-because of the treatment we received from Frank Pace and the other professionals we worked with to make the deals a reality.I hope the Manager knows what a diamond he has in Frank Pace.Diamonds are hard to replace. North Park Toyota takes the long view of a customer relationship. They are savvy enough to realize that by going the extra step today, they will make you a customer for life. He helped me in the purchase of a 4Runner a couple of years ago, and he really impressed me as the type of person who will go the extra mile for a customer. Ask for him if you decide to go to North Park. He's a pleasure to do business with. I just bought a 2010 used Toyota Camry. Four days later when it was in for window tinting, an alarm system and a few other things, Gilbert Figueroa, the assistant service manager, took it upon himself to replace two tires (not at my expense) that he thought needed to be replaced for my safety. That's the empowerment of employees by management that has made me a customer for life. Another plus is that this has to be one of the plushest dealerships you'll ever see. It's very well laid out with customer comfort in mind. Buying a car here is truly a stress free experience. More

Overall I received a good deal on my new 2010 Toyota Tacoma. When the employees saw that I wasn't satisfied with the leveling kit that was put on the truck, the dealership absorbed the cost of a full li Tacoma.
