Way below acceptable outcome I don’t even how to start. I have had worked with them sporadically for about a year, and so far the service met my expectations. I had a great experi I don’t even how to start. I have had worked with them sporadically for about a year, and so far the service met my expectations. I had a great experience. However, this sadly is in the past. My most recent experience has been a nightmare. My car was damaged during the summer, and I entrusted them with my first and only vehicle so far. To begin with Tim Garza was always condescending towards my insurance. He said they were nothing more than incompetent people he always has issues with. He claim my insurance was one of the worst, and that I should help him made them pay them promptly. And I did. Remember, I had nothing but good experiences, so I thought my insurance must really be bad for them to express about it like that. Then, my car was released, and I gave rides to my sister and brother from time to time. Even though they would always tell me there was something wrong with my car, I would refuse to believe “you’re crazy. Toyota fixed it.” Blindly trusting their work, a month after I decided to go to Houston, this last Friday on the rain. I traveled at least 20,000 miles that road for the past year. Nevertheless, this was the most near death experience I had. My car would shake all the way, back and forth. The tires would constantly go up and down hitting the road uncoordinated. One before the other and swirling, shaking and what not. I lost full control of my vehicle during this time. When I came back to San Antonio, I called them on Monday, after every one told me they had to make it right. Well I called Tim, and without even looking at my file, he just said too bad, we just fixed what the insurance covered. Nevertheless, they never told me my car was unsafe to drive. I was so upset, I talked to Daniel, the supervisor. After a while, they agreed to look at my car, and after inspecting it, they said that it might not even be worth fixing, because it will be very expensive, and although they didn’t do anything wrong- because somehow I hit my car and managed to ruin- their words, my car. I believe it is ruin, but they know better than I do that their questionable work is the reason to it. And they refuse to admit it. In addition, they promised they would find a way to ensure I was in Houston tomorrow, but they bailed on me. Once again, they didn’t even care to apologize. When I told Daniel- the supervisor, that I will refused to take my car in an unsafe condition, he in a very condescending tone told me that they pretty much were making a favor, but they would just fix what the insurance approved, even though their incomplete repair caused the damaged of my car. They also said the tires would not stand another road trip to Houston, nevertheless, they said I was on my own on that. After that, I told him if they were not willing to make it right I was going to see if an attorney could help me out, and sarcastically he just said “well if you are talking to an attorney already there’s nothing else I can say, but we won’t do any further repairs, that is on you” Like I said, I had blind faith on them because of my previous experiences, but now, disappointment doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling I have towards them. Their rude, disrespectfully, condescending attitude is something I will never forget. Their insulting and insisting comments where they would blame me for the damage of my car without proof is something that made throw away all the respect I once had towards them. DON’T MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Just don’t!!!! You’ll more likely regret. I can tell you without a doubt now, I sooo, sooo regret it, and I’ll never again make that mistake. More
