Yo compré una dodge caravan 2019 el pasado noviembre, la cual recibi con un permiso provisional para circular, el cual ya caducó. Me prometieron que yo recibiría las placas de dicho vehículo después de 4, o cual recibi con un permiso provisional para circular, el cual ya caducó. Me prometieron que yo recibiría las placas de dicho vehículo después de 4, o maximo 6 semanas en mi PO Box a partir de la fecha de compra, cosa que hasta la fecha no he recibido, por lo que ya no puedo utilizar la camioneta. Le mandé un correo al Sr Walter Guzman, pidiendo que me diga en donde puedo pasar por las placas, ya que un familiar se encuentra por estos dias en San Antonio, pero en 3 dias mas regresará a Mexico, a lo que tampoco recibí respuesta, por lo que no sé a donde acudir. les agradezco su atención pidiendo a la vez su respuesta.
