I traveled down to San Antonio from Austin to view and ultimately purchase a certified pre owned Lincoln Navigator with the help of Casper Kasperski a I traveled down to San Antonio from Austin to view and ultimately purchase a certified pre owned Lincoln Navigator with the help of Casper Kasperski and his assistant Josh. When I arrived, they had the car cleaned up and ready for a test drive right at the front of the lot. I was behind the wheel within 5 minutes, and was able to do a rather detailed check of the vehicle upon return on my own without anyone over my shoulder trying to sell me on why I should make the purchase. The vehicle was new to the lot, and had not yet went through all of the certifications. While I was excited/hoping to take the car home that day, it was simply not possible due to timing constraints. As such, the car was delivered to my home in Austin over 90 minutes away in the following days with new wiper blades, filters, tires, full tank of gas, etc. This was an extremely smooth process. As someone who had not purchased a car in over 10 years, I was very hesitant about the whole car buying process but left feeling like I had a very positive experience. What really puts this experience over the top, is that I noticed a few very minor chips or paint inconsistencies when the vehicle arrived. Casper and crew agreed to allow me to bring the vehicle down to San Antonio for a touch up on the spots, and I will also be receiving all weather rubber floor mats for the first and second row. I'm and avid Lincoln supporter, and now I am an avid North Park Lincoln supporter. Thanks for everything! More
