This review serves as a warning about the unacceptable and shady practices I experienced when purchasing a vehicle from North Park Lincoln, located at 9207 San Pedro Ave. San Antonio, TX 78216. My experience was shockingly unprofessional. Just two weeks after purchasing a vehicle, the transmission failed. To add insult to injury, the check engine light, conveniently off during the sale, came on within three days, accompanied by serious transmission problems. These issues and others were never disclosed and have resulted in over $14,000 in unexpected repair costs. When I approached general sales manager Buddy Tatsch for a refund, he responded to my request with arrogance and utter disrespect. He had the audacity to ask, "Why would he buy back a vehicle from me with a faulty transmission?" clearly attempting to shift the blame for selling me a defective car. His lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service was appalling. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of North Park Lincoln, particularly Buddy Tatsch. Their shady practices are simply unacceptable. Hardworking consumers deserve far better. I highly recommend that if you decide to take the risk of purchasing a used car from North Park Lincoln, you have it thoroughly inspected by someone you trust or by a different dealership that is not associated with North Park. Purchased Chevrolet truck in July 2024 and had issues ever since. Asked salesman if truck had issues, he stated no, a big mistake to ever believe salesman. Found only 1 preset on radio worked and had to replace touch screen. Trouble code P720 existed on vehicle and transmission $7000 replaced 3 weeks after purchase. Front struts shocks totally worn out, another $700. Took 3 weeks to complete extended warranty paperwork which is terrible support. I do not wish to talk to anyone from dealership. More
