This week I found the perfect first car for my amazing 16 year old daughter and it would not have happened if it were not for Mr. Ricky Tejada. First, I am not from the San Antonio area... I live in the town year old daughter and it would not have happened if it were not for Mr. Ricky Tejada. First, I am not from the San Antonio area... I live in the town of Katy, just west of Houston. Ricky and I grew up together in this area and for a brief time also served in the Army together. A few months ago I reached out to him at let him know I would soon need a car for my daughter and I could use his help finding the perfect deal. To make a long story short I was having trouble finding the right car (a Mazda3 Select) in my area but with one call, Ricky quickly connected me with a perfect match at North Park Mazda. That was not the end... he personally made sure everything was in order before I made the trip and then even arranged for my transportation to San Antonio so I could pick up the car. I realize this was not a sale at your NP Lincoln, but it was part of the Kahlig group and shows how far Mr. Tejada was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help a friend and customer. I'm sure you already know this, but you have an amazing sales consultant in Mr. Tejada. More
