We can't praise Mr. Clayton Douglas enough! Mr. Douglas was the only sales person to go out of his way and bring the vehicle to us. The other 3 major dealerships did NOT Clayton Douglas enough! Mr. Douglas was the only sales person to go out of his way and bring the vehicle to us. The other 3 major dealerships did NOT offered this type of service to us. Clayton presented professionalism, honesty, and most importantly he was extremely prompt in the process! We feel that more dealerships should do the same to help customers. Heather in the finance dept. was also very prompt, kind, and professional. We were in and out well with an hour! For a prompt, painless experience and great deal, we highly recommend Clayton Douglas and his team at North Lincoln Park! More

Mike in finance/closing was no pressure and also a pleasure to work with! I couldn’t get the “Homelink” to connect with my garage door opener. Joseph drove out to our house (over 20 miles) and messed with it for almost an hour, before we figured out that the opener wasn’t compatible. That’s service!
