From the tutorials with Joseph, by the way, very knowledgable and thorough, to the test ride, it was easy to make to make a decision to buy. Once the sale portion was complete now comes the time to sit down with finiance. This too was very easy. Mike/Jim did a great job explaining all the terms and warranty options. The dealership, sales people, and finance department were pleasant when purchasing the vehicle but problems arose after the vehicle had been sold. I had purchased a warranty plan and maintenance service plan pleasant when purchasing the vehicle but problems arose after the vehicle had been sold. I had purchased a warranty plan and maintenance service plan when purchasing the vehicle. I believed in the dealership and wanted to make my life easier but boy was I wrong. I had purchased 5 year plans but only 26 months into owing the vehicle, I was told my warranty and maintance plans had already expired. When I pushed to find out why, I was informed that North Park had misapplied both plans to the original manufacture date of the vehicle and not the date I purchased it! When I asked for them to correct the mistake, they informed me they could not and only offered me a refund. As much as I just wanted what I had paid for, I had no choice but to accept their refund. Their finance department had said I would see the money refunded within a few weeks in early August. It has now been 4 months and I have not received any refund! Be very wary of purchasing any plans from them and check your dates! More
