I went on line searching for the particular car I wanted . I got bless. For GOD,crosssed my path with a dealer at Lincoln park San Pedro name Mr Kent ( Casper) Kasperski, and he was Outstanding in Consistency of keeping in touch & rapided HONEST response. And made me feel like I was a part of his family one of his siblingor children. He was very professional dress very sharp like a executive of fortune 500 executive who has COMPASSION for the peoples and do his best to make our dreams come true. Therefore, I must say ! There is NO LIEING in me beause GOD , is to MIGHTHY for me to fight! So TRUTH has been told. Lincoln Park in San Antonio should be PROUD they have employed and found a"Golden Egg of a saleman in Mr Kent kasperski (Casper ). For in these times it is very hard to find HONEST people with INTEGRITY. I Remona Easley give this dealership & Casper 5 star for this saleman is Really is bring back the hope in the goodness of mankind from the days we remember WHEN. For he has kept my Hopes ALIVE in Mankind & doing Right for people & makeing America Truly GREAT again! This is an updated review. When we bought our car 6 months ago, the service was 5-star excellent. Impossible to fault it. When we took our Ford Fusion in for its first service When we bought our car 6 months ago, the service was 5-star excellent. Impossible to fault it. When we took our Ford Fusion in for its first service (oil change, tire rotation, 24 pt. inspection, and complimentary car wash/vacuum, we decided the $120+ would be worth it because of the carwash, but it was not a hand-dry/detail cleaning. Just a "$7 drivethru". Our car was still crusted with caliche dust on the window seals and on the car itself when any door was opened, with light dust film evident within (we live in the hill country on unpaved roads). While the service team still had much going for them (ie. video of the car inspection and free shuttle while waiting), our extreme disappointment at the absence of what we called the 'white glove service' we experienced during our purchase visit means we will not return there for our next car service. While it is true we were told 'complimentary carwash and vacuum", it was impossible not to assume that meant a detailed cleaning, living up to the reputation NPL has of being the ultimate. More

Had a great experience at North Park Lincoln. Armando Gonzalez was quick to find us a great solid and beautiful SUV for our daughter. Total time to review vehicle, confirm purchase and sign off on paperwork was about 1 hr. Heather even got us a better rate than what our bank quoted us during pre-qualification.
