On 06/20/2022, I traded my 2022 Lincoln Aviator for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator HYBRID. Well, about one hour into owning my new Aviator, the air conditioning stops working, right when you needed it the most, 2022 Lincoln Aviator HYBRID. Well, about one hour into owning my new Aviator, the air conditioning stops working, right when you needed it the most, the temp was 105. So I call Ricky Tejada (my sales representative), I explain my situation, I'm too far into my trip home to just turn around. Ricky is tracking down every mechanic to try and figure out what to do. So collectively we tried everything, too including the dealership I caught, just before closing, but they needed more time, which they didn't have at the moment. So on Tuesday, I called Gene Messer Ford/ Lincoln, and the service representative tells me they will need the car for 7 to 10 days. I called Ricky again and before you know it he's calling me with an appointment. The service tech determined what the problem was and the part was ordered. The moral of this is if your looking for a new or used car or truck, go to North Park Lincoln, San Antonio, TX and ask for Ricky Tejada. He truly believes in taking care of the customer. I drove over 7 hours to buy this car and I'm happy I did. More

This is an updated review. When we bought our car 6 months ago, the service was 5-star excellent. Impossible to fault it. When we took our Ford Fusion in for its first service When we bought our car 6 months ago, the service was 5-star excellent. Impossible to fault it. When we took our Ford Fusion in for its first service (oil change, tire rotation, 24 pt. inspection, and complimentary car wash/vacuum, we decided the $120+ would be worth it because of the carwash, but it was not a hand-dry/detail cleaning. Just a "$7 drivethru". Our car was still crusted with caliche dust on the window seals and on the car itself when any door was opened, with light dust film evident within (we live in the hill country on unpaved roads). While the service team still had much going for them (ie. video of the car inspection and free shuttle while waiting), our extreme disappointment at the absence of what we called the 'white glove service' we experienced during our purchase visit means we will not return there for our next car service. While it is true we were told 'complimentary carwash and vacuum", it was impossible not to assume that meant a detailed cleaning, living up to the reputation NPL has of being the ultimate. More

Had a great experience at North Park Lincoln. Armando Gonzalez was quick to find us a great solid and beautiful SUV for our daughter. I provided him with a few details we were interested in and Armando Gonzalez was quick to find us a great solid and beautiful SUV for our daughter. I provided him with a few details we were interested in and he sent us cars to review and in a couple of days we found exactly what we were looking for. Heather Griffiths was a swift financer. Total time to review vehicle, confirm purchase and sign off on paperwork was about 1 hr. Heather even got us a better rate than what our bank quoted us during pre-qualification. Smooth, efficient and friendly process, that left us with no desire to shop anywhere else in the future. Thank you! More
