Service was fine, but they make you jump through extra hoops to get their advertised service specials. Great service, helpful staff. Gina is the only saving grace of this place. There have been countless issues with my car since purchasing and Gina has been the only helpful person. My first experience in the service department I was condescended and called “little lady” and told I didn’t know what I was talking about, REALLY? It’s 2024 and we’re still doing this? Every time I came with an issue I was met with speculation and an accusatory attitude. Every service provider I have come into contact with has been rude and dismissive and when I called after 7 hours to check on my car they said they texted me when they never did. Despite this being the closest service location I will be driving out of my way for better service. More
