Knowing I was driving all the way from San Diego to pick up the car, he made the entire process easy by guiding me remotely and ensuring everything was ready for my arrival. He was attentive and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. George, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He walked me through all the paperwork and financing options with complete transparency, making sure I understood everything. I cannot explain how amazing the people at this dealership was. Carlos was the gentleman who helped me look at the car I wanted and test drove one other car and in truth, we got on real well. Cracked jokes and was very sweet and helpful and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to purchase something I didn't want too. He sat there and listened to my sob story (lost both of my parents within a span of a month apart) and he and I believe Albert was his name? [Birthday twin!] who sat down with me and explained what they were trying to do and how they were trying to help me. This is the first car I was able to buy on my own without my mother co-signing and honestly? I'm not only proud of myself but I believe she'd be proud of me too. Thank you so much for not judging, being patient, and trying your best to accommodate me. I won't ever forget you driving all the way out to Ventura to get the car I wanted instead of the one that was already on the lot! You're the best!
