I had a pretty good buying experience, Marcus was nice when he tried to sell me and gave me good deal. However after I bought the car, my sales and his manager are ghosting me and no response on my questi when he tried to sell me and gave me good deal. I downloaded the Toyota app on my phone and tried to link up my car, but the app shows that vehicle can not be linked because the dealership still owns my car for some reason. I called 3 times, and Marcus said that he will call me back with an answer, but he never did and the problem is still unsolved. More

Brought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in for a general service, a radiator leak and an oil leak. I went into this dealership wondering what was going to need replacing and what it was going to cost. Left service, a radiator leak and an oil leak. I went into this dealership wondering what was going to need replacing and what it was going to cost.
