Marcus gave me a great deal on my new Prius beating out other dealers. He was very responsive and replied in a timely manner to all texts. I had explained to Marcus that I was in a great deal of pain and n other dealers. He was very responsive and replied in a timely manner to all texts. I had explained to Marcus that I was in a great deal of pain and needed all paperwork and the car to be ready for when I arrived at the dealership. Unfortunately it was not and I don't know if it was due to Marcus or the Finance Manager. The finance manager greeted me and told me he would be"2 minutes" then later "5 minutes and it will be OK" I waited 20 minutes in total for him in bad pain. Once I was in his office he was very quick and efficient. It was the wait that was so hard on my body. I had, as previously mentioned, requested everything be ready. I purchased a prior Prius from TO Toyota 4 years ago and they got me in through al the paperwork and in my car in 20 minutes so I know it can be done. More
