I have been to two other service centers (Glendale and Northridge). The North Hollywood location was by far the worst. I waited in my car for 10 mins without being acknowledged and no one in sight (usu Northridge). The North Hollywood location was by far the worst. I waited in my car for 10 mins without being acknowledged and no one in sight (usually other ones have a person checking in cars). Waiting area was the smallest and no working coffee machine. Other locations have 2-3 working ones. The wait time for an oil change was 2 hours and they were slightly late. Others have been a little over an hour. More
