I spent almost 3 hours (11:30 am to 2:10 pm) to change oil. When you buy business customers' first impression is so important. Cowboy was a different story. Great service with new ownership and new service writer (John Pena). Only disappointment was no discount for prior loyalty (5 new vehicles and 2 used), disabled veteran, or any other reduction. Dude saw me sitting in my car, arrived first before a white lady and he just walked past my car to get to her and also around it to get back to his desk.
