The maintenance guys were great 5 stars. However I needed a rim replaced and the cost were 2.5 times what the rims were actually worth. Trying to charge me 1700 for rims only worth 500. In January they took off splash shield to change oil and did not replace it. At this oil change tried to get me to buy new one and pay for installation. Previously they did a bad job if replacing cabin air did not replace it. At this oil change tried to get me to buy new one and pay for installation. Previously they did a bad job if replacing cabin air filter. Vefore that problem with taking part I needed from wheel lock set wgen rotating tires. Every time I use this service center I have to return for problems. The only thing that made me eating thus center as a 3 instead of a 1 was the nice service advisor, Kellar. Doubt I will use thus center fir the service items that are soon due to be done. More
