Was told the repairs to my car based on a recall would take approximately four hours but it was six hours. I was told at 6 o clock that it was ready and I could come get it. I arrived at the service center about 30 minutes before closing which was 7 o clock and my vehicle still wasn’t ready. It was finished at 7 o clock and I wasn’t even informed as I waited outside based on the entire dealership smelling like gasoline giving me a massive headache. I happened to look over and see my car parked in the garage area. The communication of the staff in the service center is subpar and not very helpful. They are the closest dealership to me and the place I purchased my car from which happens to be my first Honda. If I had somewhere else to go, I probably would. More
