This was my second time using Norm Reeves Honda NRH and it could’ve been better. I had to dispute a fee that was not explained to me, got my car back and none of the panels were placed back. Fisrt let me saybl that I have serviced sevral of my Honda's for the past 17 years at this location. Ther has been a decline in customer service since the concersion from Norm Reeves. I drive my vehicl Honda's for the past 17 years at this location. Ther has been a decline in customer service since the concersion from Norm Reeves. I drive my vehicle 5 days a week and my 2021 accord Touring has 21,000 miles. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation I was quoted $169. After doing the multinpoint inspection, they recommended a total of $1200 of repairs. These recommendations included a new battery, because I "don't drive my car enough", replace Transmission fluid ($360)(recommended by Honda at 50,000 miles), ac evaporator service ($157), fuel air induction service ($217), cabin filter ($73), engine air filter $63. I was told that the service recommendations in the HONDA manual were incorrect and if I didn't do the repairs there would be no recourse later if something were to happen because they made a recommendation to do the above services and I declined. I had the oil change tire rotation and engine air filter replaced It just seems like a scam as they are trying to upscale every service possible for essentially a 3 year old car in perfect condition. I would go elsewhere in the future. I will drive the extra distance to go to Davis McDavid Honda next time More
