I have never responded to one of these reviews before but I was really disappointed to have a 12:30 appointment and not have my car ready until closing time. My car bottom cover was not secured properly and fell off after I left the service center. They weren’t able to fix it until the next day as well. I have been servicing my cars there since 1994 and I still go there. During those 30 years, they never ever tried to over charge or make me do repairs that are not requires.
