I moved to the area 1 1/2 years ago. This was my FIRST time at this dealer. All of the things noted for attention were not addressed. Although a couple were due to lack of parts. (I was This was my FIRST time at this dealer. All of the things noted for attention were not addressed. Although a couple were due to lack of parts. (I was able to locate compatible parts, which I will have Norm Reeves install) Some other things like leaking distributor seal were not done. I don't know why. This vehicle has been maintained only by authorized Honda dealers since new (Long Beach Honda). I will continue to use this dealer unless circumstances warrant a change. Viviane was very cooperative, but my issues were not all resolved. More
