I was recently in the market to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and found a few options with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning receive daughter and found a few options with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning received a call back from Samuel Martinez. Needless to say Samuel was professional, kind, patient, helpful and worked diligently to make sure I had the best car buying experience possible before EVEN ENTERING the dealership! He was communicative, calm, knowledgeable, receptive and facilitative to my parameters and requests. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better buying experience and representative with Samuel and Norm Reeves Huntington Beach! I am always hesitant to go into a dealership to get my car serviced but this time it was straight to the point! They told me what I needed, how much it would cost, and that was that!
