We bought a car last Thursday July 28, 2022, great sales and customer service buying vehicle. Called back later in day to ask about missing key fob, told by finance manager that we would get a call back ne and customer service buying vehicle. Called back later in day to ask about missing key fob, told by finance manager that we would get a call back next day. No call back. Called again Friday, left message for Finance Manager and Sales rep, no call back Saturday. Called Saturday, identified issue with right front passenger window plus missing key fob, no call back. Called Monday, August 1, still no call back. We bought car for our Son that is a Marine stationed in Fort Pendleton, he is very busy training so we expected better service on return calls than this. Still hopeful we can manage minor issues with car timely....My name is John Zumski More

I was contacted by Internet Manager Konstantin Mosendz by phone after I inquired about a vehicle. The following day the wife and I drove four hours to meet with Konstantin and discovered him to be down to ea phone after I inquired about a vehicle. The following day the wife and I drove four hours to meet with Konstantin and discovered him to be down to earth and receptive to our concerns. He was professional at all times and never tried to push options or addons that we did not want but mostly he was forthright about the pricing. The wife found a car she liked and a deal was completed in approximately an hour and half. The entire transaction was painless and extremely quick. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and competent. If in the market for another Honda, I would gladly make the drive to Huntington Beach again. More
