Overall Experience was good. Communication before and during the purchase was best then somewhat diminsished after we drove away. Fedex to the rescue as we couldn't make the drive to Huntington Beach from San Diego for only a Signature. And a broken visor, which was noted during the test drive, I needed to remind of. I boughy a new one on eBay and requested reimbursement. After some emails and, buying and installing the visor myself, I finally got my check after a few weeks. Not perfect but, I would buy again at Norm Reeves. Note* Always collect emails and Cell phone numbers of who you work with and, make notes. More
