2 points, 1 i had an appointment and was on time then told there was a back up of 2 to 3 hours , after waiting 2 hours i find out your shop did not carry the parts needed to do a brake job on my car , . told there was a back up of 2 to 3 hours , after waiting 2 hours i find out your shop did not carry the parts needed to do a brake job on my car , . they offered to order from auto zone, but didnt know if the brake pads were ceramic or not. so the service lady is researching the items and will call me during the week. 2nd point , i had ordered replacement light bulbs for my dash and paid up front, they were to contact me when they came in. since i was at your shop for my brakes i went to check on the status of the liht bulbs, after about 15 minutes searchin on the computer, the gentleman went in the back and ta da they had been in for a while, but no one reached out to notify me. NOTE, this is stupid you email me a survey and then want to send me an email to verify its me ? seriously ? More
