Bait and Switch. Dishonest dealer I met with Jenny Viveros. She quoted me a good deal over the phone. Everything seemed fine and gave me a definite price including destination fees. I I met with Jenny Viveros. She quoted me a good deal over the phone. Everything seemed fine and gave me a definite price including destination fees. I trusted her and took time off to go see her and take a test drive. When it came down to the numbers, I was transferred to another guy who said I must pay additional destination fees. The destination fee was already part of the quote I insisted from Jenny. He also said I needed to buy additional accessories that I did not want which would have added up to $2000 to the price. This was classic bait and switch tactics. I confirmed with Jenny over the phone that I would only come in if she can offer this specific price including destination and documentation fees, which she agreed. What a waste of time this was. I took time off just to come in only to be lied to. Never will I go back to this dealer or recommend it to anyone else. More
