Great experience for my new car! I went to a few dealerships throughout my time of car shopping and I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda with our Dealer, Simon. From the star I went to a few dealerships throughout my time of car shopping and I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda with our Dealer, Simon. From the start, from emailing us the price to test driving a car which lead to purchasing my brand new Honda Fit. Not once did it feel like he was trying to mislead us or persuade us throughout this process. Actually, he was so cooperative and helpful and I received my car for a great price. He also, explained each process of purchasing my car and all of the specs, buttons, etc. before I drove the car off the lot. Lastly, there were some minor issues with other things but Simon was there immediately to fix each problem. Thank you again for all of your help Simon. More

I had a wonderful experience from your organization starting from the time I got in a rather long line to when I was handed my keys with the promise you would be there for me with my continued maintenance needs. I have every confidence you will, thanks to Mr. Ramiro Montes, your service advisor. He is not only kind, thoughtful, and professional to the customers but in fact, he shows total appreciation for his fellow employees who get us up to the point where he defines the costs and other related details. That was impressive. He gently compromised on sending someone to pick me up in Bellflower when my car was ready. This means he was listening to what all the factors indicated. He wanted to finalize the charges by month-end and we had to work with the schedule of my son's employer which is not consistent with hours that are the same Monday through Friday. On the initial call to your service center, we were advised the car might not be available until April 1st. (No pun intended). Ramiro Montes handled the whole situation with the ease and conduct of a professional. They worked with us to both meet the expectations of our budget and sent us off in a new 2015 Civic. Recently, we decided to upgrade another one of our family cars and our first stop was Norm Reeves. We went in on a busy Sunday morning with a budget and model in mind and came out just a couple of hours later in another amazing and newly designed 2016 Civic. He worked his magic and lowered my interest rate for a HUGE amount of percentage and saved me A LOT, as a full time student and part time barista, I don't make a lot, but the price he finally worked out was affordable for me. He is not just the regular salesmen who only wants to sell you the car for commission, he is on your side and do everything that's on your favor. And I got two free key chains and a hat.
