He showed us a number of cars to help us make our final decision, and was friendly and smiling through the whole process. We needed his help in recovering paperwork that we had left in our trade-in vehicle. He retrieved them promptly with a smile. The whole purchase/leasing process is way to complicated and time consuming. It is paper and labor intensive and could be dramatically reduced.
