I was very happy with my purchase and with the experience of buying from Norm Reeves. I was in the market for a 2012 Honda Accord LX. I went online for a quote from the dealer five blocks from my place of buying from Norm Reeves. I was in the market for a 2012 Honda Accord LX. I went online for a quote from the dealer five blocks from my place and they sent back the MSRP. When I tried Norm Reeves' online quote system, they sent me a quote for $100 below invoice (probably ate some of the destination fee.) I thought it might be a teaser, but when I called and talked to sales rep Eduardo Mora, it seemed legit. And it was. I went down and met Eduardo. Both he and Mucio Sanchez, the finance guy, were helpful, knowledgable and professional. They made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. I got the price I wanted and a 1.9% loan to boot. I did buy toward the end of the month, but I don't think that had much to do with it. I just think they are really good. They also follow up after the sale... they touched base with me four times since I drove off. I guess is part of their commitment to customer service, although my previous two cars were both Accords, so I don't think I'll have any problems. Jeff H Studio City More
