After a horrible experience with another dealership, i was referred to this dealership by one of my friend and was introduced to Mr. Danny Atienza, he was very accomodating and easy to talk to, i felt lik was referred to this dealership by one of my friend and was introduced to Mr. Danny Atienza, he was very accomodating and easy to talk to, i felt like i was being helped than being pushed for a sale, no pressure at all. Danny knows his stuff and i am more than satisfied with the customer service that he has given me, i got aproved for financing very easily, with a reasonable interest rate considering that i have a not so good credit score, i got the car that i wanted which is the Honda Civic Coupe EX. i returned the next day because of two issues, first is that whoever cleaned my car forgot to clean the engine bay, second is that i have a wrong cargo tray, they installed a cargo tray for the CR-V, and we found out that all the civic coupe they have in the lot have a CR-V cargo tray. Danny got these two issues fixed immediately, he got my whole car re-cleaned and re-waxed again, plus he filled up my gas tank. It was a very Great experience, will definitely recommend him to all of my friends. More

This is a late review but i just had a follow up from Dan seeing how everything was yesterday and it just reminded me that you just don't get that type of service anywhere these days; plus the fact that peop seeing how everything was yesterday and it just reminded me that you just don't get that type of service anywhere these days; plus the fact that people are prone to writing bad reviews rather then good all the time. It was Feb 21 and me and my wife just stopped by to inquire about my wife's lease ending in a couple of weeks and that, was gonna be that, we didn't intend to buy/ lease another car whatsoever. Dan approaches us ( he was wearing a blue HONDA cap lol, i thought it showed good spirit), right off the bat he was very friendly, answered all our questions regarding our expiring current lease and we decided that because we went over our lease miles that it would probably be best to purchase the car and get another lease. He showed us the new 2013 civic, and loved what you got for the price and badda bing-badda boom, just like that with no intention of buying or leasing a car, we bought our former lease and leased a new one- all thanks to Dan's exceptional great service. thanks again.
