My first contact with Norm Reeves Honda was through their website. After receiving an e-mail quote and then a follow-up e-mail I phoned Cristina the Internet Sales Director. We were able to agree on a firm (and very good) price before going to the dealership, which takes most of the pressure out of car shopping. Cristina was honest about how different dealers operate, and was clear that Norm Reeves Honda would always be up front. She found a car for me which she later discovered had already been spoken for. She was prompt to call me so that I could avoid an unnecessary trip to the dealer. Shortly after, when a vehicle did become available, she was prompt to call me and make every effort to reserve the car until I was able to get to the dealership. While she was unavailable at the dealership to complete my transaction, Jackie and Eduardo stepped in to complete the paperwork. When a question arose about the cost of the vehicle, Cristina was contacted for confirmation. We completed the transaction with Jay in finance in record time. While purchasing a car can be a difficult task, I felt that Cristina gave me a very good deal and delivered the vehicle as promised. I never felt mislead or ignored. I recommend dealing with her at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. (And the CRV is very nice.) More

Chris R. have very good personality, very friendly, intelligent, knowledgeable, very professional, kind, courteous, and very good people skills. There was no pressure sales at all, he knows his business and answers all questions intelligently. We are totally 100% satisfied customer dealing with Chris R. Chris R. did the product demo on the car. We were totally impressed about him because he knows all the functions and details of each buttons. He demonstrated his expertise and did his job beyond the call of duty. Ryan D. in Finance Dept. was the one who did all the docs. Ryan was also intelligent, knows his dept. very well. He was also friendly, kind, funny, he takes his time explaining each document that he make sure we understood what it is for. He answers all our doubts and questions to our satisfaction.
