I can confidently say that I am totally satisfied with the choice of the car and appreciate your efforts. Regretfully, I am a little disappointed with the results after dealing with financial services. Although extremely friendly, I feel a little deceived and and disappointed with the lack of information and details in the "finance" aspect of the Extended Warranty package. I know as "customers" we are all responsible for the decisions we make in accepting any offers regarding any contractual agreements, but, in turn I still feel that "sellers", should hold some responsibility in making sure the customer clearly understands all the details resulting purchase. Especially on such a big purchase. I feel that the purchase price and difference accepting the warranty package should have been explained more in detail and if I knew at the time that the difference would be approximately $4188, I clearly would have denied. Instead, I had to find out when I have calculated all the numbers at home and eventually realize how much it really costs for the warranty. Again, everything would have been perfect, from the car, to price, to service, if it would have been the price you left us with, before the warranty. I am disappointed and have regret not clearly going through all the details and asking the appropriate questions that would have made for an almost perfect transaction, but, I will consider this a lesson learned. First we worked with Danny Atienza for a brief period in discussing the potential between a CRV and an Accord next we were introduced to Kash Varzandeh who exceeded our expectations in selecting the vehicle on New Years eve– when test driving the vehicle we heard a slight rattling noise from the front/left interior – and Kash spent extra time going through the entire inventory to find us a another vehicle - in addition we preferred to purchase the new vehicle with the lowest miles possible – with those expectations Kash was courteous and patient with us At one point we wanted to settle for the rattling noise and Kash did not settle – he wanted us to be very happy with the selection that we make – that meant a lot to us – especially on New Years eve when others would want to take the easy way out. From selecting the right vehicle to color and features and price the Team was excellent all the way to the Sales Manager, Mike Porter – we appreciate it At this point we have purchased several vehicles in 22 years from Norm Reeves Honda– the first was on December 24, 1990 (we still have the car at 340,000 miles) and our most current purchase on December 31, 2012. It was New Year's Eve when I came to Norm Reeves Honda to search for a car. I had spent all day looking at other dealers in Long Beach and no one was willing to help me out. I came down to Norm Reeves feelin search for a car. I had spent all day looking at other dealers in Long Beach and no one was willing to help me out. I came down to Norm Reeves feeling super bummed and down in the dumps because my search heeded no results. I saw a white CRV that was in my price range and I approached someone, Kevin Harris, and he had so much energy it just totally brightened my mood up and he quickly was able to see if I qualified and everything. It was fantastic! It was my first time buying a car and it was a great experience! I loved it! Their energy was just off the charts and I totally recommend them to all my friends and family!
