Very friendly and professional when we bought our 2013 pilot. Would go back again for more business. Needed to go to the bank but we didn't have a car so Nate gave us a ride there. This previous review was not correctly enter--was new to this and I needed to make my point made clearly--it was Sunday, 01/21/13 and I called Norm Reeves Honda Dealership to inquire about an issue with a l this and I needed to make my point made clearly--it was Sunday, 01/21/13 and I called Norm Reeves Honda Dealership to inquire about an issue with a lost key to a 1999 Honday Prelude and spoke to Art, he said the cost would be $26.70 or something like that--this after a specifically described what the problem was--I had the key to get into the car but just couldn't start the car he said "oh, yeah, we can do that, we can re-key it, get another key made . . . Etc, great then he patched me over to service to see if they could fit me in, luckily they had an opening at 11:40a, so I then again asked to be transferred back to Art, who again confirmed the cost and didn't mention anything else. I then arranged for AAA to tow the vehicle from Whittier to Cerritos, by the way I had told them that I would be doing this. I was running behind because the tow truck service was busy and arrived a little late, we finally arrived at the dealership in Cerritos and shortly thereafter spoke to the service rep at the counter who quoted us $500!!! What the xxxx, we told him that we had spoken to Art in the parts dept and the dude with the "blue Honda shirt" proceeded to tell us that the people in the parts dept don't know, they dont' know what is going on and they would need to look into it, you know "crunch the numbers", yeah go crunch something--when they returned they quoted a higher amount $600, this was ludricous. At this time the tow truck driver had the removed the tow mechanism and was preparing to leave, I had to stop him from leaving because we weren't going to stay there and let these people think that we were desperate or helpless that we would fall for their deceiving, false misrepresentation of their services. We made some calls to the local locksmiths and we were able to find a reputable individual who did the job for $280, it was a great job. BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS!! More

Mario was very helpful, kind, pleasant, and nice. He made our transaction very smooth and timely. He answered all our questions and was very patient. The BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! Dan Stonescu was informative, but not pushy, and gave me the time I needed to determine whether to buy a new car. I felt like I got a great deal and was treated fairly by everyone involved. It's so great to walk away from buying a new car and feel good about the deal!! I would definitely buy another car from Norm Reeves and Dan again, and will make sure to tell all my friends to do so, too! More

We just bought a certified used 2009 Pilot from Tom and Lore Simons. They were excellent to work with. We have had bad experiences in the past with car dealers, but Tom and Lore were professional, kind, an Lore Simons. They were excellent to work with. We have had bad experiences in the past with car dealers, but Tom and Lore were professional, kind, and polite. They tried to expedite the process as much as possible because we had our three month old with us, and had traveled a long way. However, even with their best efforts we still had to wait an hour for someone in the business office to be available to complete the transaction. It seemed that such a big dealership, that sells so many cars, should have enough staff available at all times. In the end the wait wasn't too bad because the waiting room was big and clean. Once someone was available (Michael Choi) the process was quick and easy without any of the usual hard-sell for extras. Overall we were very happy with the experience, and would recommend Tom and Lore to others. More
