Carlton was very efficient and friendly. He took good care of me while I waited (which was a very short amount of time). He helped me get the finance I needed to buy the car and explained each step. Maurice, from finance management was also very helpful. He also explained everything I needed to know about the payments of my car and even helped break down the best way to pay off my car with the littlest amount of interests applied. i looked up on line trying to find the best price for a Honda "Pilot" 2010 for almost 2 weeks and got a price from "Norm Reeves Spuerstore" which was too good to pass! so, i contacted Jose to make sure i c Honda "Pilot" 2010 for almost 2 weeks and got a price from "Norm Reeves Spuerstore" which was too good to pass! so, i contacted Jose to make sure i could definitely pay the same price for a Pilot "2011" but the only downside was there r 2 colors to chose from; he ensured me that price would be the same and answeared all my questions before i went to the car dearler! the sales went very smoothly and Jose was very helpful for our trade-in, too!
