Luis Gomez took his time showing us in detail the options without any pressure. He definitely made my daughter very comfortable and educated us on the best option for us. He went out of his way to get us the car we wanted, which required him to drive a long distance very late at night to get the car so my daughter can leave happy. Furthermore, he not only drove to get the car but also delivered it to my house the same night. I had been there before and did not connect with anybody as we did with Luis.
