After several days looking for a new car, we were firm in getting a Honda Accord. We took a chance by calling Norm Reeves in Cerritos. Mr. Tom Simons answered the call (God sent, really). He listened, met our terms, had the car we wanted in inventory and made a deal!! When we arrived at NR Honda, Tom brought us to our new car which was already being washed and detailed!! To our surprise, we had no idea he was Mr. Fleet Manager (yay!!). This man was so pleasant and humble over the phone which he reall IS in person!! We also met his beautiful wife, Lore.
