SATISFACTORY I first contacted the dealership asking for an "out the door" quote for a brand new 15 Odyssey. I was referred to the internet manager, Tony Packeer. I first contacted the dealership asking for an "out the door" quote for a brand new 15 Odyssey. I was referred to the internet manager, Tony Packeer. He immediately contacted me and was able to give an "out the door" pricing. We were able to communicate with each other via email and cell phones throughout until the day I was ready to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I came to the dealership, and sure enough they were able to honor the "OTD" price and no need for negotiations again. However, we made a mistake by looking at a higher model with accessories added on .... and we ended up wanting that particular vehicle. Of course needless to say, we had to recalculate the numbers again, and Tony was very kind and he was definitely a consumer advocate and was willing to do whatever it took to satisfy our needs. After some time back and forth, Tony was able to get us the deal that we wanted with the higher model Odyssey and more importantly with the pricing that we thought was a "great deal". More
