Ease of Purchase...Excellant I went into the Honda car center in Cerritos to compare a Kia Soul with a car of similar gas usage , which I went with the CRV. My dealer representative, Luis Gomez, was very relaxed and listened to what I wanted. I appreciated this since another car dealer of another brand was pushy about getting a 2015 when I asked for a 2014. I was instantly "sold" by the test drive of the CR-V. It was pricier than the Soul, but I felt the CR-V was a much better fit for me-miles per gallon gas usage is the same between the two vehicles. Mr. Gomez was understanding that I was not planning to buy a car that day and had other appointments to attend to that afternoon. But in short order I realized I wanted the Mountain Mist teal blue CR-V and made arrangements to seal the deal later on in the day. Mr. Gomez was very professional, guided me through the whole process. I wanted a protective coating package and a security system activated which was scheduled for the day after Christmas, but the morning of the 24th Dec. I was called to come pick up the car as everything was completed. Mr. Gomez helped this occur and shows the team spirit of the service department of Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos-everyone worked together to make this sale literally sail through every step of the way with Mr. Gomez at the helm. I love this car and am so happy not to have purchased the Soul-at 5'9" ..that car was just too small for me, and the CR-V is roomy, zippy, and great mileage. A friend of mine had his CR-V for 16 years-so they last with proper maintenance. Thank you Luis for everything!!! More
