I worked with Jose Magana in the internet department from the first moment I made contact with Norm Reeves Honda. I got several quotes from various dealers including non-Honda dealers. The main reason I went with Norm Reeves Cerritos is because of Jose. He was professional and always responsive to questions and concerns both before and after I purchased the vehicle. Unlike the other sales people I came across (and I contacted several), I went with Jose because he was able to answer questions and knew the product. He was up front with me when the dealership didn't have the initial vehicle I was looking for. I was duped into going to several dealerships with promises that they had or could get the car I wanted, which was not the case. Jose even told me which cars, which specials would be the better deal. Most importantly, he never pressured me to get the car the day I test drove it. He told me to take my time when I said I needed to think about it. I contacted almost every Honda dealer in the area, and none of them, not one were like Jose. I live about 30 mi away from Norm Reeves and there are 4 other Honda dealerships that are way closer to me. At the end of the day, I went to Norm Reeves because of Jose. I'll be recommending him to anyone I know who wants to get a Honda. On a separate note, the Finance Department was a little different. I'm not sure if they just don't know the product, but once you get to the Finance Department (when you are ready to sign documents for the new car) don't let the finance guy throw you off or create concerns because from my experience they were giving wrong information. Go with what Jose tells you about the car. He's right. Best service I have ever received in purchasing a new car. More

These guys were textbook perfect for leasing my '13 CRV-EX. When I came in to close the deal and pick up the car (the next day), the numbers only got BETTER (though I am a repeat Honda leaser, and that made some of the difference, although I would not have been aware of the incentive had Kim not taken the initiative to give it to me). Which brings me to the larger point: in today's world of increasingly marginalized customer care, I was treated in a way that made me feel good to be a customer. From the point of first contact to the vehicle walk through (which Kim knocked out of the park as well, by the way - she explained everything there was to explain perfectly, and didn't treat me like an idiot), I could not have asked for a better experience. Even my trip through finance was thoroughly, dare I say, enjoyable - regrettably, I did not catch the name of the team member who walked me through the signing of the hundreds of papers, but he was awesome, too.
