I kind of dreaded going to a different car dealership, but I had to go, because my daughter wanted a Honda as her first car. We were greeted by a smiling salesman named Brian Chen. Turns out he smiles and made us smile as well. He was happy to spend as much time as we felt necessary to find the best car in our budget with my daughter's needs in mind. He accommodated everyone in our party: offering water, coffee, and sweets. He made sure all 5 of us had a chair to sit on as we moved from one department to the next. He took time showing our daughter what made a certain model better than the other and allowed us to make our choice without pressure. After a very short period of time, my daughter drove off with a Honda Accord EX confident that we made a well informed purchase. He dealt with us with a professional demeanor seldom seen to this degree. Kevin didn't beat around the bush. He told us the truth about scheduling, delivery, pricing, and all the ins and outs of the car we wanted. Here is an individual that didn't play games but spoke from the heart and gained our trust. I would recommend him highly. We've dealt with Norm Reeves (beginning in Downey and then when they opened in Cerritos) from 1982.
