The car was prepped to look like brand new with new tires and brakes and everything was perfectly functional. Our salesman, Tony was great; a pleasure to work with and very patient with us. It's been a year and a half since we bought the car and there have been absolutely no problems with the vehicle, so I can confirm that they do sell high-quality used vehicles at great prices - below blue book. Financing was painless. Service was great too. I can't recommend Norm Reeves Honda highly enough if you want a quality new or used vehicle. More

I had been to three dealerships that day not including Norm Reeve's Honda Cerritos and i had been fed up with the 15 minute speeches every other dealer had given me. And then Mr.Ratcliff approached me and turned my day into a good one. I cant thank him enough, and if i were to buy another vehicle i wouldn't hesitate to call him up or refer a family member. More

Once I made a decision on the car, Rafael explained the different purchase options, including leasing. I had to wait until the following day for my mother to come in town before I could finalize the deal, and Rafael was very patient in explaining everything all over again to her. This was my first new car, and he made it a very positive experience. We next spoke with Mike Choi for financing and he was equally as professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda (especially Rafael and Mike) to anyone that I know who might be in the market for a car. More

I spoke with Phil Byrd on the phone and asked him to assure me that there were no hidden fees or surprises as we had to drive about 45 miles to get to this dealership. The car was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The price was exactly what I was quoted. No haggling what so ever. The finance department was very efficient. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that included the test drive. I highly recommend this dealership ! More
