Customer Service is terrific!! The sales people that worked with me were just awesome. Ed Mora and Ramzi were/are so very professional and helped me get into a NEW Honda Fit. No Stress and it didn't take all day to negotiate the price. We were in and out with 3 hours ( it's faster than getting oil change) The employee, Ty Trieu, gave us excellent customer service. He was so friendly and patient with us. He took his time to answer our questions and concerns. If he didn't tell us all the new features in the Accord, we wouldn't know it's worth the price. He found the color that we requested and gave us a great deal. We would recommend Ty Trieu. More

The worst service department I ever had to deal with. The first oil change I needed I booked an appointment on line and received a confirmation. I showed up for he appointment only to be told the service dep first oil change I needed I booked an appointment on line and received a confirmation. I showed up for he appointment only to be told the service department was closed that day. Since then I started having a number of things go wrong. I tried to book an appointment only to receive a call and was told either they don't work on that or they work on another problem only on Mondays. If I want my car fixed I will have to come on a weekday. I was not offered any alternative. The caller made it very clear I had to accommodate them. My truck is five months old and still under the bumper to bumper, too bad I can't get it fixed! No concern for the customer, no concern that my new truck is turning into a price of crap. I now get to spend my time trying to find another service department who will honor my warranty, or at least show some hint of customer service. More
