Don't go anywhere else! I haven't bought a car in some time and expected it to be difficult, but not THIS bad! I had been to several other dealerships and some of the sales people and managers were rude, condescending and inappropriate. Admittedly some were nice, they just couldn't give me a good deal! Marcia was great - she was never pushy - even when I left the dealership late at night without buying the car she was gracious and didn't give me a hard time. That's what made me go back and make my final purchase at Norm Reeves. OH! And I got a great deal! When I signed the papers I was surprised to find that it was BELOW the OTD price I was quoted.
