Customer Service - This was absolutely the best experience in a dealership that we have ever dealt with! I have had all the "typical" rude/slimmy/pushy kinds of sales people I think there are. But when we saw Greg coming up behind us, I thought "uh-oh" here he is...much to my surprise...he was so incredibly polite/nice and very patient with two people that were just a little bit "punchy" after a really crazy week at work. When we came on the lot, we had no intention at all of buying anything. We were just on a "looking mission". But in speaking with Greg, who really knew the cars, he answered all our questions, took his time with us and did not rush us. He asked us the right questions to make sure he was selling us the right car for us. There are many company's that should take a page from your "hand book" on what customer service is all about. Quality of Work - Everything from start to finish, the car is gorgeous, and we are so happy with it. I notice a small scratch in the left front bumper and that was taken care of right away. Friendliness - this is the one that just impressed me to no end. Every single person that we came in contact with was so helpful and nice and all the employees would stop with no problem and ask, are we ok? do we need something? What can I help with?...ok that is just unheard of in today's world!! Overall Experience - We are so impressed with this particular dealership. We bought our Passport from the LB/Signal Hill dealer and nothing like this! Price - We thought this car was going to be so much more than it was. We were also really happy with all the time and explaining that Peter did for us. He really worked on what "package" would be the best and help us to stay with in our "budget". I have already given out 2 of Greg's business cards and I will continue to do so to everyone I come in contact with. I just wanted to let you know about my wonderful experience at Honda. I was greated promptly by Kevin Harris who showed me around, answered all my questions about the car, was with me for my drive t experience at Honda. I was just looking that day at Honda and other dealerships to see what type of car would best suit me. On Sunday May 5th, I decided the Honda was the right fit for me. I called up to lock in a great price. At this time Kevin was not due in until 12:30, though he called me at 10:15am to make sure some one had been in contact with me re: the price. Adil comfirmed the price, I was in the dealership at 11am working with Adil who started the paperwork. Adil was very friendly, showed me the car, already had it detailed etc. Later when Kevin was in he introduced him self, congratulated, and then finished up the day showing me how the car worked. I met with Michael in finance who was excellent as well. Gave great customer service and really explained everything to me. The process was painless and I was in and out within less than 2 hours. Kevin has since followed up with me on my car and if I have any questions, which I did and he got back to me in a timely manner. Excellent service all around by Kevin, Adil and Michael. More
