Had an appointment at 9am, brought it in 10 minutes before appointment. Noticed that one of the technicians drove my car up to the front around 9: 50 am. Was not sure if they were done with it. Continued to wait another 35 mins. Decided to go outside to see if they had parked it and sure enough it was parked in the front parking lot. Was not notified that it was done. Made appt at 12, got there at 11:40 then saw on dashcam they didnt start working on my car till 3pm..I literally just had a oil change! To top it off when i got home my tire pressure light went on and All they didnt start working on my car till 3pm..I literally just had a oil change! To top it off when i got home my tire pressure light went on and All my tires were at 20PSI !!! I NEVER got my multipoint inspection paper, makes sense bc it doesn't even seem like they checked anything..Leo told me about some warranty on my car for my AC which was working fine but he suggested I replaced it, and they ended up putting break fluid without notifying me and charging me extra? Idk, its crazy that the service people seem like your friends but then manipulate you into doing more things to your car then needed? Like what's the point it isnt like its going to their paycheck. I wanted to try and continue going to the dealership for service since I am a women I feel like auto shops scam you, but I felt the exact same way coming here. Not coming back, didnt even want to call you regarding my tires being ALL 20PSI?? Now my tire pressure light won't go away and I feel like you guys made my car WORSE. You all should be ashamed of yourself, what's the point in even suggesting appointments if you are just going to let my car SIT THERE UNTIL 3 AND MAKE ME WAIT UNTIL ALMOST 5 to pick it up!! We went to a few dealerships before we visited Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. The first dealership we visited, both cars we wanted to look at had dead batteries. The next dealership said that we can make an offer on a vehicle and then when we went to sign papers, the offer had somehow changed. We were deflated after a few bad experiences, but that all changed when we met with Ash. From the very start I knew he was working to earn our business and that he would do anything in his power to support us in our car buying journey. We initially came in for one car specifically, but he drove out all the same models in different colors and trims for us to compare side by side. No one has ever done this for me and I was blown away how he went above and beyond. There was so much trust and transparency, which I absolutely appreciate. Was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though our purchase was slightly above our initial budget, we are extremely happy with our purchase and Ash helped us to make the best decision for our family. A+++ service. I recommend Ash for anyone looking for amazing service and for someone that can help you if you are even on the fence about the model/trim that may be best for you.
