We went to a few dealerships before we visited Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. The first dealership we visited, both cars we wanted to look at had dead batteries. We stood around for 30 minutes waiting for them to figure things out. The next dealership said that we can make an offer on a vehicle and then when we went to sign papers, the offer had somehow changed. We were deflated after a few bad experiences, but that all changed when we met with Ash. From the very start I knew he was working to earn our business and that he would do anything in his power to support us in our car buying journey. We initially came in for one car specifically, but he drove out all the same models in different colors and trims for us to compare side by side. No one has ever done this for me and I was blown away how he went above and beyond. There was so much trust and transparency, which I absolutely appreciate. Was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even though our purchase was slightly above our initial budget, we are extremely happy with our purchase and Ash helped us to make the best decision for our family. A+++ service. I recommend Ash for anyone looking for amazing service and for someone that can help you if you are even on the fence about the model/trim that may be best for you.
