Poor srvc frm Aaron Perez. His attitude of no care, no empathy & indifferent towards waiting customer were in full display on 6/9/25. I came in 9:38am, was told that it will take 2-2 1/2 hrs. By 12:38pm I asked my car was ready & was told that they are stil working on it & will be ready soon. By 1:15pm Mr Perez passed by me @ the waiting room without saying anything. By 1:30pm I saw my Honda Pilot just being worked on. After almost 4 hrs waiting they finally started to work on my car. I spoke with manager Cristina who took time to find out what was going on. Finally by 1:45pm it’s all done while Mr Perez was still on his break. More
