This review is for the Norm Reeves Ford (Cerritos) service department. I made an online service appointment via Norm Reeves’ website to have my pickup truck’s oil changed. At the time of the reservati service department. I made an online service appointment via Norm Reeves’ website to have my pickup truck’s oil changed. At the time of the reservation, I was given the option of either dropping my vehicle off or waiting at the dealership while my vehicle was serviced. I chose to wait at the dealership as I had no way to get back home if I dropped the truck off. I arrived at the service department at the appointed time. There was a line of cars. I sat in my vehicle approximately 35-40 minutes waiting to be seen by a service representative. The service representative apologized for the wait and told me it would take 2.5 hours for the oil to be changed on my truck. Why 2.5 hours? Would not the purpose of the appointment be to space the vehicle services out and avoid lengthy waits? Norm Reeves service employees were extremely polite and professional. Due to Covid, I did not want to wait 2.5 hours in the dealership waiting room. I had no way to return home. Norm Reeves offered to pay for an Uber to drive me home. Unfortunately, this also meant I had to pay out of my own pocket for Uber to drive me back to the dealership to pick up my truck. The staff were friendly and I was grateful for the Uber service. On the other hand, it was a major inconvenience and costly. It would have been much easier and quicker to go to JiffyLube. Not sure I’ll go back for another service. More

Best experience I've ever had purchasing anything. Zari was enthusiastic about getting me into the right vehicle and securing a great price. My 1st choice was not Ford but after being told to go online and look at the cars online by Chevy I took a chance on Ford. Norm Reeves did not disappoint only thing I can say I had a problem with is their fear tactic used to get Karr security and wear a mask. I've never been one to fear anything and my beard of microflora is my mask against this sugar coated common cold. Might want to tone it down in the fear aspect of selling but I get it many are scared. More
