I liked the prompt directness of the manager on duty (John Kang) & I appreciated the honesty of my Sales rep (Jonathan Kim) .... if he wasnt sure or didnt know he didnt try to side step the question or take me thru a smoke screen conversation to make himself look knowledgeable by flooding me with unnecessary words & irrelevant conversation. I found Manuel in financing to be the same way getting me in there & out with clean precise information on items needing a signature. My experience was Great ... I never felt that I was being rushed, pressured or that anyone was trying to mislead me in any way.. Thank you More

If it wasn't for this dealership in particular Jorge Velazquez, my Ford loyalty would have ended and Ford family would have jumped ship. I recently went through a horrible ordeal with an F-250 Lemon, only after doing research, reviewing consumer ratings and a nudge from my mom did I even fathom an other Ford in or near my drive way. My mom was looking for a small economical vehicle after shopping around we came by Jorge we cross referenced the deal with our Ford guy ( a long time family friend at Villa Ford) and my longtime high school friend( Huntington Ford) they said it was unbeatable. Frank Morales at Villa Ford is an amazing straight shooting guy said go with Jorge he's a good guy. At Huntington Ford it was an ok deal but they attempted a bunch of different sales tactics that I didn't like on my mom that I didn't like and left her stressed. When dealing with Jorge he comported himself in a very nice business manner very honest and very direct no rotating salesmen , just heres what I can do and what I cant. HES THE ONLY AAA CERTIFIED GUY BTW DONT BE FOOLED. Frank at VIlla and Jorge will be the only people we deal with ever again. What surprised me, was that I know for a fact that my settlement money from my lemon with be going to another Ford and Jorge will be the guy I call first without a hesitation and feel absolutely comfortable not shopping around.
