Blown away! I was In Los Angeles visiting my daughter to help her buy a car. She didn't want to be ripped because she was a young woman. The salesman, Michael O'Connor, asked my daughter a lot of question about her need and wants in a new car. He seemed genuinely concerned about getting a car she would be happy with. The atmosphere was pleasant and low key, no pressure. Michael was very knowledgeable showed us several cars that fit my daughters wish list at reasonable price.
