I went the internet route and immediately got a response via email and phone call from Antonio. That part of the process is consistent across dealers. Where Antonio went above and beyond was by searching the inventory for a car meeting my specifications and then he sent videos to my phone walking around the car and inside. This was a different approach from what I have seen across the 15 or so dealers I've dealt with on various brands. We came in and Antonio took us through a fair negotiation process. I think in the negotiation we could have gotten a better rate on the lease but I was happy with the price of the car. Antonio also took a personal interest in making sure we were comfortable with the car. I would definitely go to Norm Reeves again and gladly work with Antonio. More

Antonio ordered the car for me with the features that I wanted. Antonio did not try to sell me a stock vehicle or tried to convince me to add features I did not desire. Antonio gave me an estimated price for the 2016 model. The car arrived to the dealer within the standard Ford manufacturer time frame of 9 weeks exactly as I had ordered the vehicle. Upon delivery the price was negotiated as close to as possible to the estimated price with consideration given to the vehicle being a special order 2017 model. Finance was a breeze with no upsell of add-on thanks to Antonio; just a reminder to the finance manager to apply the initial Deposite was needed. I would definetly purchase my next vehicle from Antonio. More
